The Freshbikes 3D Road bike Fit fine-tunes your position on the bike to best align hip, knee, and foot throughout the pedal stroke for the safest and most efficient marriage to the bike.

Fit Includes:

• Rider History Interview
• 23 point physical assessment, to best work with your body’s natural capabilities
• All elements of our Freshbikes 2D Road Bike Fit.
• Foot stability assessment and foot bed fitting. Dynamic hip, knee and foot alignment using the DATA system , the most advanced specific bike fit video capture system available Other adjustments as necessary
• The copy of your fit report will be send to you via e-mail with changes and complete measurements
• Complementary follow up visit. Because you are the engine , every engine needs to be tested with the chassis (bike) on the real field (road). So , sometimes small adjustments need to be done. We don’t cut corners. You have 2 or 3 follow up visits after the bike fit , on the next month or 2 , if you need.
• Race-specific follow-up fit. As your race distance, category or flexibility changes, so should your bike fit. We’ll work with your position as you’re transition your training to different goals or began more flexible. $130.00
