      Comments:

      This tire has a directional tread pattern that is often not installed correctly on the front wheel. The "V" pattern works best in one direction. The rear wheel tire is usually installed with the "V" pointing forward. The front tire acts only to brake travel speed. It must be installed correctly or it can contribute to dangerous consequences because of very poor braking effectiveness in loose surface road braking.
